We strive to pack and mail your Notely goodies within 24hrs of receiving your order for all products in stock. Brisbane metro delivery is usually 2-4 business days. It's usually 4-5 business days for Australia-wide delivery. If you require your parcel urgently, please contact us upon placing your order.

Our orders are posted via Australia Post for standard and express shipping.  

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the purchase date, please contact us via our details on the contact page.

International Shipping

We ship from Brisbane, Australia and international shipping can take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks, depending on your location. If you'd like more information, we can provide a quote of time frame. But this is still just an estimate and doesn't include time in customs for your country.
